Decision

 

Members received a report about a proposal for which advertisement consent was being sought for 1 no. internally illuminated wall mounted sign..

 

The planning officer addressed the committee and provided an updated which stated that a number of objectors had failed to be notified regarding the decision making process of the application and so had not received adequate information for representation. Officers therefore recommended that the application be deferred.

 

Following the update it was proposed by Councillor Rowley and seconded by Councillor Brown that the application be deferred to allow for further representation.

 

It was agreed that the application be DEFFERED
