Minutes:

The Chair welcomed Cllr H Howell and Cllr A Mercer to the meeting in their’ capacity as Executive members.

The Chair announced that Item 06 will be deferred until the next meeting to allow adequate time for discussion on the Draft Corporate Plan.

In response to Cllr McGhee’s query, the Chair assured members that she very much welcomed their views on the items to be considered and future reports that would be brought to them for consideration.
