Application No: KET/2020/0876

Speaker:

Aida McManus submitted a written statement as the agent for the applicant which stated that the applicant was an established child-care provider and the proposal was to secure the long-term reuse of this family home and provide local employment opportunities whilst enhancing the vitality of the local economy. It was to provide specialist care for children in a sustainable location to enable them to become a valued member of society. There was no material change of use and the proposal met the relevant Local Plan and the requirements of the National Planning Policy Framework.
