It was proposed by Councillor Lee and seconded by Councillor Maxwell that Councillor Ekins be elected as chair for this meeting.

There were no apologies for absence.

The chair invited members to make a declaration if they wished to do so.

Resolved to note that there were no declarations made.

It was proposed that the press and public be excluded from the hearing during consideration of the following item in accordance with Section 100A of the Local Government Act 1972.

On being put to the vote this was declared carried.

Resolved that the press and public be excluded from the meeting.

The circulated report of the Assistant Director of Regulatory Services was received in respect of an application to review a premises licence.

The chair informed the sub-committee that the licence holder had been unable to attend this meeting and had requested that the meeting be adjourned until Friday 16 December to accommodate his availability.  

The chair therefore proposed that there be an adjournment until 16 December and on being put to the vote this was approved by the other Members. adjourned.

Resolved that the meeting be adjourned until Friday 16 December 2022.

The meeting closed at 10.10am.
