The minutes of the Council Meeting held on 29^th September 2022 to be approved as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

The minutes of the Full Council meeting held on 29^th September 2022 had been circulated.

It was noted that Councillor B Jackson’s name was omitted from the list of attendees at the meeting on 29^th September 2022. This was noted and corrected.

Under paragraph 161. Councillor Learning and Development Policy, Councillor Carr requested a correction, in that both he and Councillor D Brackenbury had confirmed that joint training with town and parish councils had already been agreed; the minutes indicated that they “supported consideration of this.” This was noted and corrected.

Councillor Larry Henson MOVED the minutes of the meeting held on 29^th September 2022 be agreed. Councillor Jim Hakewill SECONDED the motion.

The minutes of the Council Meeting held on 28^th July 2022 to be approved as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

The minutes of the Full Council meeting held on 28^th July 2022 had been circulated.

Councillor Russell Roberts MOVED the minutes of the meeting held on 28^th July 2022 be agreed. Councillor Jason Smithers SECONDED the motion.

The minutes of the Annual Council Meeting held on 23^rd June 2022 to be approved as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

The minutes of the Full Council meeting held on 23rd June 2022 had been circulated. It was noted that Councillor Edwards and Councillor Bells apologies had been submitted but were not recorded; these would be recorded.

Councillor Larry Henson MOVED the minutes (as amended) of the meeting held on 23rd June 2022 be agreed. Councillor Lora Lawman SECONDED the motion.

RESOLVED that: -

The minutes of the Council meeting held on 24^th February 2022 had been circulated.

It was noted that Councillor Graham Lawman had declared a Declaration of Interest in relation to agenda item 5 and had wished it recorded that he had in a civic capacity attended events previously as a guest of Kettering Amateur Swimming Club.

Councillor Bell (Chair) MOVED the minutes (as amended) of the meeting held on 24^th February 2022 be agreed. The motion was SECONDED by Councillor D Brackenbury.

RESOLVED that: -

The minutes of the meeting (as amended) held on the 24^th February 2022 be agreed as a correct record.

The minutes of the Council meeting held on 29^th September 2021 had been circulated.

The Chair MOVED and Councillor David Brackenbury SECONDED that the minutes be approved.
