That the Leaders agree that the following is approved

• Approve the delivering phases of the IAAs Service Plans.
• Approve the format and contents of the Service Delivery Performance data (Q1) which is to be shared with JC(SS) on a quarterly basis.
• Approve the general charging and monitoring principles for the cost of Lead and Hosted Services as detailed in section 5.4 to 5.5. 3.2
